REFUND POLICY
1. Refund Eligibility. Thank you for registering for the BizCon by Sky Eye Network. We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be provided for event registrations.
2. Registration Cancellation. Registrants who wish to cancel their attendance must notify us in writing at events@skyeyenetwork.com before September 30th, 2024. Hotel Reservation Cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel. Call hotel directly at (832) 864-0028 to cancel. Be sure and identify you’re a part of Sky Eye Network and had registered for the BizCon Event November 21st - 23rd, 2024. Refund amounts are subject to the following conditions:
Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before September 30th, 2024 will receive a full refund. There are no partial refunds available.
No Refund: Cancellations made after September 30th, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Event Cancellation. In the unlikely event that BizCon is canceled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. The event organizers will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by registrants in relation to the event.
4. Refund Process. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used during registration.
