1. Refund Eligibility. Thank you for registering for the BizCon by Sky Eye Network. All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances.

2. Registration Cancellation. Registrants who wish to cancel their attendance must notify us in writing at events@skyeyenetwork.com. Cancellation does not entitle the registrant to a refund. Hotel Reservation Cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel. Call hotel directly at (615) 637-0400 to cancel. Be sure and identify you’re a part of Sky Eye Network and had registered for the BizCon Event November 5th - 7th, 2026.

3. Event Cancellation. In the unlikely event that BizCon is canceled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. The event organizers will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by registrants in relation to the event.

4. Refund Process. If a refund is due under Section 3 (event canceled by the organizers), it will be processed within 14 days of confirmation and issued using the same method of payment used during registration.
